Returns & Cancellations
USA
We have a 20 day returns and cancellations policy for all goods returned in a new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and labels attached, so if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, or if your item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a full refund the product and any extra postage paid for the delivery to you.
Need a different size? Just send the item back with the filled out return slip and we’ll do the rest.
The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition in its original packaging with all the labels attached and the completed returns slip from the bottom of your dispatch note.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If an exchange is required, please ensure the exchange details and dispatch address are included.
International Returns
We are happy to offer a refund to international buyers for the cost of the product. Postage from and to you will not be reimbursed.
Delivery
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL USA ORDERS
We aim to have all orders received by 11 am, Monday to Friday, dispatched within two days (excluding public holidays) Orders received after 11am, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be sent out the following working day. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and sent out Monday or Tuesday (excluding public holidays).
Please note that while every effort is made to fulfil the delivery time periods, it cannot be guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control.
We will email you to let you know when the order has been dispatched from our logistics center and will send you details. We use a range of postal services and Fulfilment by Amazon to deliver all our USA orders. Local taxes may apply for orders outside the USA which will not be included in our shipping costs. Please check with your customs offices in your country before placing your order so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
